Job Description
- • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Facility policies and management system.
• Lead a team of technical specialist in the Operation and Maintenance of Facility System.
• Manage contractors and ensuring safety, quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Condition Based Monitoring and improvement plans.
• Energy and Water Efficiency opportunities assessment and improvement plans.
• Capital investment plans, project planning and timely implementation.
• Adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant experience
Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is a must.
Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong team player and result orientated
