Job Description
- • Lead internal quality audits to assess the compliance of manufacturing processes with established quality standards and requirement
• Facilitate process buyoff by collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate process changes or improvements before full-scale implementation
• Identify areas for improvement and implement or follow up on corrective actions to enhance the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes
• Maintain documentation of audit findings, system check and process buyoff outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Provide support and preparation for external audit such as customer audit, ISO audit, by ensuring relevant documentation, records are readily available and up to date
• Perform data analysis based on customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• To exercise safety and disciplinary control within own section
• Regularly update and maintain documentation including ISO documents, Control Plan and Inspection
• Checklist to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standard.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalentexperience
At least 2 years' experience in a QA role, Data Analyst or similar function
Proficiency in statistical tools and software, such as Minitab, JMP, Tableau, Python or similar for data analysis will be an added advantage.
