Job Description

    • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications.
    • Handle calls, emails, and document preparation with a high level of professionalism.
    • Support in creating business documents and presentations, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
    • Assist in coordinating corporate events, ISO-related tasks, and special projects.
    • Provide a welcoming front-line experience for guests and manage office admin tasks.
    • Travel for business when required to provide on-site executive support.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a PA/Executive Secretary role, preferably in the marine or listed company sector.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with commercial awareness and basic accounting knowledge.

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

  • Adaptable, independent, and a strong team player.
