Job Description
- • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing documents, data entry, and preparing purchase orders for office-related services and items.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
• Ensure accurate and timely calculations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Maintaining office equipment and supplies
• Coordinating meetings and appointments
• Answering phones and emails
• Managing travel arrangements
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment
Requirements
Diploma holder
Prefer 2-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in Payroll processing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
