Job Description
- Payroll & Benefits
• Manage payroll across Singapore, Europe, UK, and Malaysia with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle merit increments, bonus payouts, and ensure CPF/employment law compliance.
• Review and enhance employee benefits to support retention and engagement.
HR Policies & Compliance
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Advise managers on employee matters, including conduct and grievance resolution.
• Stay updated on employment laws and HR trends.
Operations, Admin & Training
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee insurance and migrant employment processes.
• Support workforce planning and work with IT on onboarding/offboarding.
• Identify HR solutions that support business growth and organizational development.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Identify workforce gaps and training needs, supporting employee development and engagement initiatives.
Other Duties
• Participate in ISO initiatives, support company events, and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in marine or professional services.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, benefits, employment laws, and systems.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and high integrity.
HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) are a plus.
