Job Description
• Ability to fulfil the manpower requirements of the sites allocated to you by planning attractive advertisements. Advertise in all available recruitment channels & well versed in deploying social media to get candidates.
• Design attractive recruitment posters, brochures, e-marketing to attract candidates; Plan job fairs and other recruitment activities.
• Be at the forefront of best HR practices & implement & Organise Recruitment activities to select Security Officers/Supervisors to meet the manpower requirements of our sites.
• Prepare Employment letters & resumes for each selected candidate.
• Co-ordinate with Operations Managers regarding manpower requirements & answer enquires on HR related issues like MOM regulations, calculation of pay.
• Admin /Training duties – Update personnel records, track employees yearly medical check up schedules, send employees for various courses; co-ordinate with training vendors and Operations Managers. Update training records.
• Counsel staff for performance matters; issue warning letters or termination letters. Conduct Employees Feedback exercise and suggest improvement plans.
• Any other HR/Admin/ Compliance related duties.
• We expect the candidates to be versatile and able to perform multi-task. You must be prepared to take responsibilities and initiatives in this post.
Requirements
Preferably with Degree or Diploma in HRM or related fields
Good experience in recruitment functions. Prefer prior experience working in recruitment agency as recruitment consultants or in charge of Recruitment functions within an organization.
Good organisation skills and able to relate to people from all levels.
Resourceful & creative in finding ways to recruit security personnel.
