Job Description
- Provide administration support to all departments such as:
• Maintain and update the contact management system.
• Conduct retails price checking.
• Coordinate with travel agency to arrange flights for staff
• Making hotel rooms reservation directly with the hotels.
Assisting in every part of program and event preparations, such as:
• Sourcing for vendors, venues, travel and logistics arrangements.
• Arrange procurement of materials.
• Arrange transport for staff and attendees.
• Assist with event setup and tear-down.
• Coordinating with chefs, restaurants, culinary institutions, media.
• Implement follow-up processes afterward.
Requirements
Polytechnic/JC/Diploma/Degree
Detailed oriented.
Comfortable to deal with more than one direct report
