Job Description
- • Assist in organising and preparing documents for briefing, responding to inquiries.
• Coordinator the award process, including preparing of letters and statement.
• Manage the claims verification, grant management and change request process.
• Ensure that claim documents are complete and substantiated, track project submission requirements, assist with
audits, and ensure timely submission of all necessary document.
• Liaise with grantees for any missing information or clarification
Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree in Accounts, Business or Finance related field
Highly proficient in Excel
Meticulous in numbers
